If there is a problem with the merchandise, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. If you have an item that is broken/defective, the jewelry must be shipped back to us within 7 business days of recieving the order. We will grant an exchange or store credit towards a future order upon us recieveing the items. Customers must mention to a representative at the time of placing the order, that there is an available credit to be redeemed. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
